  • In case of any problems or additional processing requirements, your order will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Company and Tracking Information

  • Your orders are shipped via contracted cargo companies.

  • When the products are delivered to the cargo, your tracking number will be shared via e-mail or SMS.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery time varies by region, but is usually delivered within 2-5 business days.

  • Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the cargo company or adverse weather conditions.

  • For orders over a certain amount (for example, over 500 TL), we may cover the shipping cost. This amount may vary depending on seasonal campaigns.

  • For orders not included in the relevant campaign, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • If you notice any damage to the product or package, be sure to draw up a report and do not accept the cargo.
