Return Period
You can return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt.
In order for your return request to be evaluated, the products must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic reasons, returns cannot be accepted for cosmetics, personal care and underwear products.

Product Review and Approval
Once your return process has started, the products are examined by our quality control teams.

Refund
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Refunds for payments made by credit card may vary depending on the relevant bank processes and may take a few additional days to reflect in your bank account.
Shipping and Returns
Return shipping costs are covered by our company in some cases (defective product, etc.) according to legal regulations.
In other cases, the shipping cost may be the buyer's responsibility and the buyer is responsible for the security of the return shipment.
Change Option
If you would like to exchange the product for a different size, color or another product during the return period, you can submit your exchange request through our customer service.
If the product to be exchanged is not in stock, a return process will be initiated or an alternative product may be suggested.
