Return policy

Return Period

  • You can return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • In order for your return request to be evaluated, the products must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygienic reasons, returns cannot be accepted for cosmetics, personal care and underwear products.

  • The right to return may be restricted for certain product groups due to legal regulations or security reasons (e.g. software, digital content).

Product Review and Approval

  • Once your return process has started, the products are examined by our quality control teams.

  • After the product review, you will be notified of the approval or rejection decision via e-mail or telephone.

Refund

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

  • Refunds for payments made by credit card may vary depending on the relevant bank processes and may take a few additional days to reflect in your bank account.

Shipping and Returns

  • Return shipping costs are covered by our company in some cases (defective product, etc.) according to legal regulations.

  • In other cases, the shipping cost may be the buyer's responsibility and the buyer is responsible for the security of the return shipment.

Change Option

  • If you would like to exchange the product for a different size, color or another product during the return period, you can submit your exchange request through our customer service.

  • If the product to be exchanged is not in stock, a return process will be initiated or an alternative product may be suggested.
